President
Chuck Wright has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance and General Studies in 1985. Wright joined the Provident Realty team to found Provident General Contractors in 2004. Prior to joining Provident Realty Advisors, Chuck was President and Owner of Wright Commercial Contracting for 20 years and grew it into a $40 million a year company. With his expert knowledge in general contracting, Wright started building LIHTC multifamily projects for PGC in Dallas and New Orleans, ultimately completing over 3,000 units from 2004 to 2012. PGC has completed an additional 2,000 units of market-rate luxury apartments from 2013 to 2017. Chuck has also led the Provident team in other market types besides multifamily such as retail, self-storage, and historic renovations. Chuck’s strong leadership, training, and experience have helped pave the way for PGC’s extreme growth and continued success, generating $437 million worth of work in 2019. His knowledge and passion for quality construction have made him a great mentor for the Provident team.

Vice President
Chase Beauregard has been with Provident GC since 2016 and oversees all Preconstruction activities, from providing early guidance on costs and product type analyses through contracting with owners and developers. Chase manages a preconstruction team with an annual workload volume of 2.8 billion at all phases of project development. Driven by real-time and historical data, Chase’s team understands the importance of consistently providing initial costs that hold throughout the design process. Chase started his career as an assistant superintendent and superintendent for a general contractor in San Diego. He transitioned to a preconstruction manager before starting up the Preconstruction Department at Provident GC.

Kimberly Bradstreet
Kimberly Bradstreet transitioned to Provident General Contractors in 2020, stepping into the role of Business Development after collaborating with the Provident Team for numerous years. With over a decade of experience in commercial and multifamily construction, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her position. Kimberly is committed to discovering new business opportunities and fostering client connections to enhance the PGC brand. Her team-oriented approach aids PGC in establishing long lasting and fruitful partnerships grounded in integrity & openness. She’s a proud, native Texan. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time outside, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Laura Massingill attended Sam Houston State University and graduated in 1996 with a degree in Communications and minor in History. She is a dynamic, lively, and solutions-oriented Construction Administration professional with 23 years of valuable experience working with vendors and suppliers to negotiate, prepare, and execute subcontracts and all project documents. Massingill joined Provident General Contractors in September of 2013 as a project administrator before transitioning into PGC’s Project Administration Director in 2017. As a seasoned administrator versed in all aspects of construction administration, Massingill is responsible for subcontract management, RFI request, insurance certificates, startup and closeout of projects, coordination of project assistants, and much more. She has successfully handled multifamily and commercial contracts worth over $330 million since joining the provident team. Massingill holds excellent interpersonal skills. She is a clear and logical communicator that allows her to establish solid relationships with both clients and colleagues across all levels. More than anything, Massingill enjoys her work environment and considers the Provident team her second family. Outside of work, she spends her time fishing, hunting, gardening, and traveling the hill country with her family.
