With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, our President, Chuck Wright, brings deep expertise and proven leadership to Blackland Partners. He earned his BBA in Finance an General Studies from Texas Tech University in 1985. Wright joined the Provident Realty Advisors team to form Provident General Contractors in 2004. Prior to joining Provident Realty Advisors, Chuck was President and Owner of Wright Commercial Contracting for 20 years. Wright started building LIHTC multifamily projects for PGC in Dallas and New Orleans, ultimately completing over 3,000 units from 2004 to 2012. Chuck’s strong leadership, training, and experience have helped pave the way for PGC’s continued success and transition to Blackland Partners. His knowledge and passion for quality construction makes Chuck a great leader for the Blackland Partners team.
Chase Beauregard

Chase Beauregard
Vice President
Chase Beauregard is the Vice President at Blackland Partners, where he has been a key leader since 2016. In this role, he oversees all preconstruction and business development activities. Chase leads a high-performing team managing an annual preconstruction volume of $2.8 billion across all phases of project development. He works closely with ownership, development teams, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment, driving successful outcomes across the project lifecycle. His leadership spans across department development, talent management, operational efficiency, and client relationship management.
Chase began his career as an assistant superintendent and superintendent for a general contractor in San Diego, gaining hands-on field experience before transitioning into preconstruction management. Prior to joining Blackland, he built and led the Preconstruction Department at Provident General Contractors, establishing processes and systems that remain in use today.
Kimberly Bradstreet

Kimberly Bradstreet
Kimberly Bradstreet joined Blackland Partners in 2020, stepping into the role of Business Development after collaborating with the Blackland team for numerous years. With over a decade of experience in commercial and multifamily construction, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her position. Kimberly is responsible for driving Blackland Partners growth strategy through identifying new opportunities, and translating Blackland’s mission into lasting client partnerships.

As Director of Project Management at Blackland Partners, Greg leads the execution of projects from groundbreaking through closeout, ensuring operational excellence, schedule adherence, and budget performance. With over 15 years of construction experience, Greg oversees project teams across all of Blackland’s projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and accountability at every phase.
Greg is responsible for setting project delivery standards, mentoring project managers, and driving collaboration between field operations, preconstruction, and ownership teams. His leadership ensures that projects reflect the company’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Prior to becoming Director, Greg was a Project Manger at PGC, managing complex multifamily developments. Known for a solution-oriented mindset and a focus on execution, Greg plays a central role in delivering successful project outcomes.
Marc Abraham

Marc Abraham
As Chief Financial Officer, Marc Abraham directs Blackland Partners’ financial strategy, planning, and operations with a focus on sustainable growth, and risk management. With many years of financial leadership experience in both construction and real estate development, Marc plays a critical role in guiding corporate strategy and supporting project execution through sound fiscal oversight.
Marc oversees all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow, banking relationships, and reporting. He works closely with executive leadership to manage risk, and ensure financial alignment with company goals. In addition, Marc plays a key role in subcontractor prequalification, and insurance programs to support large-scale project delivery.

As Chief Estimator at Blackland Partners, Marie Kelleher brings over 7 years of experience in preconstruction and cost management for multifamily construction. She is responsible for leading the preconstruction team, overseeing all aspects of budgeting, cost analysis, subcontractor coordination, and bid preparation.
With a deep understanding of market trends, and historical cost data, Marie plays a key role in ensuring accurate, competitive, and comprehensive estimates that support successful project outcomes. She works closely with developers, architects, and internal project management teams to ensure that design intent aligns with budget objectives and mitigate cost risks early on in the process.
Marie began her career as a preconstruction coordinator, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. She is known for her attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in estimating practices and systems.
